    If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact our customer care team via email or phone within 24 hours of delivery with your order number.

    Provide Photographic Evidence

    To process your claim, please share clear photographs of the damaged product and the original packaging to help us verify the issue.

    Resolution and Replacement

    Once your request is validated, we will initiate a replacement or a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
